these came from the collection of a retired Published Geologist
These 2 were the only sample bottles, which still had their contents intact, to me it just looks like very fine sand, but what do I know lol., apparently, They pulled samples every 25 Feet in depth
The bottoms are marked W.T. & Co. 2, 3 3/8"s tall,  1 5/8" Dia
