Once inflated, each balloon measures approx. 5 inches high
Confetti size - 1.5cm
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
* Blow/Pump up the balloon. PLEASE NOTE: if you decide to inflate the balloon with your mouth, please be very careful as the confetti can come back on you and into your mouth, so we advise you use a balloon pump. (Balloon pump not sold with this item)
* Attaching your balloon to the cup holder...
1. After blowing up your balloon, stretch out its neck and twist it two or three times
2. Insert the neck into one of the slots of the cup
3. Then feed the neck through the other slot of the cup holder and twist it round twice between the cup and the balloon
4. Finally, insert the neck into one of the slots again and that's your balloon sealed and secured

* Shake balloon well - this will separate confetti
* Rub blown up balloon against your clothing to create static: this makes the confetti stick to the sides of the balloon
* Attach the balloon stick to the balloon cup holder
* Feed the straw over the balloon stick
* Attach the sticky dot to the straw and stick the ribbon on
.... And hey presto
TIPS: to get the balloon more round, over inflate, then release a little air to form a circular shape balloon.
