box. Unit size is slightly less than those dimensions.
Returns and Warranty:
We have a 30-day full-refund policy on our hydroponic systems. No refunds after 30 days. The system must be in original, new condition for this policy to be effective. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns that meet the 30-day refund description. All returns are at customer's expense. We will replace or repair any defective parts within one-year of purchase upon return of defective part(s) by customer. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number should be marked clearly on outside of the package/box when returning items. Warranty covers defective parts, but does not cover any modifications or other changes made by customer, or if system has been used for unintended purposes. ?Wear and tear? is not considered "defective". Warranty also does not cover parts broken by customer. We use quality parts for your system that should last for years, and that can be assembled by almost anyone!
