reservoir allows for a more even and balanced pH as it grows the biggest and most juicy plants imaginable. Everything needed is supplied! We design and use every system to see what works best, and this system has been designed with simplicity in mind. We added a barbed drain to every system to make it easier for the user to maintain a positive grow/flower cycle. It's now easier to change the nutrient solution! Returns:
Returns accepted for 30-days after customer receipt. Returns must be in original, new-condition, and will incur a 25% restock fee. If the return is due to a defect or other warranty issue, contact us before making any returns to see if we can resolve the issue without a shipping expense on your part. All returns including warranty issues are shipped back to us at your expense.

Warranty:
The entire system is covered under a limited 1-year warranty. If any item in the system is found to be defective or stops working during the first year, we will repair or replace the defective item. The warranty does not cover blemishes, user wear and tear, any modifications to any part of the system, or using the system in an illegal manner. The air-stone for example will break if dropped on a solid surface. We can't replace that. The air-pump is covered by the manufacturer and we will replace or repair it if it stops working. You are responsible for packing and shipping any items back to us. We will pay to ship the new/repaired item back to you. Some items will wear out over time, but everything in the system should last if taken care of.
Shipping:
Every system is packed well and shipped to you via the cheapest carrier. We will use either FedEx or UPS. If the system has been damaged by the carrier during shipment, take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
