Comes with instructions and free cultivation help. Extremely easy to use and allows you to grow mushrooms in a sterile environment until the first harvest. Doesn't require humidity control, misting, fanning or much else beyond inoculating with spores or liquid culture, mixing the substrate once growth is visible, and gently compressing the substrate once mixed. You will need to gently move the block from the bottom of the bag to the side to allow for proper airflow to create ideal fruiting conditions. It is all very trivial.

First Flush can reasonably yield 1 lbs of fresh weight mushrooms, subsequent 2nd and 3rd flushes can collectively yield about the same. Additionally you do have the option to use the block as spawn once harvested since it came from a sterile environment.
Colonization and fruiting times vary based on many factors but it is reasonable to expect to harvest your first Flush of mushrooms around 30 days  after injecting spores. May take longer depending on strain, temperature, spore germination times.
Our formula for the all in one grow bag has been optimized to provide plenty of nutrition and moisture by having high amounts of rye grain which is great for protein, energy and minerals, along with shredded straw, field aged horse manure, gypsum, Coco coir  and vermiculite. These additives provide additional minerals, nutrition and are great at holding onto moisture to ensure that the mushrooms can have a fantastic yield after colonizing.
