We use them for cultures and for growing oyster,button and shitake with a straw mixture.

Best incubation is on +18 c to +25 c (64,4 F to 77 F)
Fill bags with sterile compost and sealed or bind bags
,the bags are not completely transparent and protect compost from overheating!!!
Bags can sterilize extra only under the UV lamp,but it is not necessary.
