Description
Coir / Verm / Gypsum (CVG) is a popular substrate in the hobbyist world due to its simplicity, ease of use, and higher resistance to contamination than some other more heavily supplemented substrates. Our basic CVG mix has exactly that: Coco Coir, Fine Horticultural Vermiculite, Gypsum, and Water! Its then bagged up and sterilized, then heat-sealed.
Bags contain a little over 4.5 pounds of substrate and will fluff up to between 1 - 1.5 gallons after spawning.
Bags are guaranteed to be clean and will be checked for defects before shipping.
If you do not plan to use the bags right away, it is advised that you store them under refrigeration.
