Manufactured in 2014, warranty adjustment and inspection performed by manufacturer in 2015; unit has not been used since. (Inspection copy included as shown in picture.) Spindle and cable connectors included. We are offering this item for sale as we have not found a customer application to utilize it on. Will be shipped UPS Ground insured in wooden crate as pictured; we also offer local pickup.
