We sell a LOT of quality specimens that are packaged in various sized clear plastic display boxes because when you mount these specimens in display cases, it allows you to protect the specimen while offering excellent display options in mineral display cabinets or shelves, and you never have to handle the specimen to clean it from accumulated dust.  By not having to periodically handle and clean the specimens, you are assuring that they will be kept in the best possible condition for years and years to come and your investment will be protected.   Every year I get a ton of questions from folks about where they can acquire these types of mineral display cases.
So, after uncounted questions about how our customers could acquire some of these mineral display supplies, we have finally decided to start offering a selection of the best quality sizes and shapes of these cases for those of you who are out there looking for them.  There are a few plastics companies that supply these to the wholesale trade, but unless you are willing to purchase them in lots of 50 to 100 or more, they are either unavailable or the price is just way too expensive.  We typically buy hundreds to thousands of these types of display cases at a time, so we get a pretty significant discount on them and are now going to start making that discount available to our customers.

.  These are pretty cool display cases with a friction fit base that the clear top goes into that is a double

ded base.  One side of the base is deeply inset to allow for
high
er specimens, while the other side of the base is basically flat with the bottom of the clear plastic, so you have two
different options for their use by just flipping the base.  The overall size of the
display case is 1 3/16 x 1 3/16 x 2 3/16 inches in size.
These are very sturdy display cases that weigh 14 grams each and will afford excellent display of your best specimens and
superb
long term protection.  Another nice aspect of using display cases is that they will allow you to display a lot more specimens in a smaller space and the cases can easily be stacked to take advantage of every square inch you have available in your display case or cabinet.
Shipping on this item is based upon the actual weight and cost of shipping depending upon the number of cases you buy, the ship-to locality, and the buyers choice of shipping methods.  Multiple case purchases will significantly reduce the per case shipping costs.  We will figure the actual cost depending upon the number of cases you purchase and give you options for actual shipping costs depending upon the shipping methods available.  PLEASE NOTE:  EBay's shipping calculator is way off on multiple item purchases as it just adds the weight of each individual item and shipping box together to configure shipping, when in reality the reduction of weight by using a single box instead of multiple boxes will generally make the true shipping costs about half or less of what the EBay shipping calculator will show.  So if you are buying multiple items, please request an invoice from us prior to paying, it saves us from having to do partial refunds on shipping costs!  PayPal is our preferred method of payment, but we do accept most other common payment options, so you if have a question about our payment policy, just drop us a note.
