    this sale is for a vintage paper cutter the base is 16 inches long 16-5/8 inches wide the blade bar is 19-1/2 inches long and this is about 3-1/2 inches tall paper cutter is a honeywell nikor safety trimmer , the metal measuring bas has a bent spot see photos 3 and 9 the roller cutting blade has surface rust i tested it out it does cut paper the base has some spots of wear from use but this piece is in pretty good shape nothing is cracks or broken any questions just send me an email thank you
