This Hamsa Hand is a cast metal sculpture which has a mark.  The metal is attracted to a magnet.  It is affixed to glass and framed and designed to hang on a wall with the hand facing down.
It
measures 6 3/8" H x 5 5/8"W x 5/8"D and weighs 7.3 oz.
The Certificate of Authenticity states "This picture is designed by a skilled Israeli artist.  Brought to you by courtesy of MARINA.  Made in Israel".  It has a blue eye in the palm which indicates protection against "the Evil eye", which is purported to be
a maliciou
s glare cast by other people which brings misfortune, general unluckiness, illness or death
.  Another interpretation of the eye in the Hamsa Hand is
that it
offers further protection for the owner as it "sees everything".
There are also two fish in the palm and
fish symbolize good luck.
There is a prayer in Hebrew positioned on the fingers which is

BIRKAT HA BAYIT - BLESSING FOR THE HOME, and translated to English is:
"Let no sadness come through this gate.
Let no trouble come to this dwelling.
Let no fear come through this door.
