    Leopard Skin Jasper
    is named for its lovely and colorful pattern. It contains beautiful mottled reds, pinks, yellows, and browns and resembles the fur of a leopard. It is a hard material and takes a good polish.
    Jasper has a MOHS hardness of 6.5-7.
    Stones ranked MOHS 6.5 or higher processed in a tumbler have the potential to develop a high polish and will make very attractive jewelry.
    This Jasper shipment is from Asia.
    Each lot contains a half pound + of stones. That is a little over 1133 carats.
