MerCruiser pre-Alpha Alpha One Gen one lower outdrive gear case

Description

For sale is a lower out drive for MerCruiser pre-Alpha and alpha one gen one stern drive applications. This lower out drive works as it should. It turns over smoothly and shifts correctly. The lube was clean when we drained it but I do not know when the seals were last serviced. The water pump impeller is in good shape, it has a little memory. The splines on the driveshaft have some wear. Cosmetically, the gear case is fair. The paint is pretty worn on this case. The skeg is a good candidate for a skeg guard. There are no cracks or breaks though. See pics.
The input shaft has 13 splines and the prop shaft has 15 splines
