Condition: This is Distinctive Vinyl Deluxe Convertible Upholstery that was stored unused for several years in a heated and air conditioned building. The black vinyl is in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the thin seat seat center foam padding has turned to a powder. This happened to three sets that I owned but didn't use. I sold the other sets and the buyers used thin foam padding to replace the original padding that deteriorated into a powder. Apparently everything worked out well because I have received no negative reports. If you don't mind supplying some inexpensive foam padding or carpet underlayment and cutting it to fit you could save yourself a decent amount of money.
