    Description

    The 5c violet, die l, perf 13.5, 21.0mm design width attributed by Unitrade to the 1941 Waterlow Definitive issue but more recently shown by Walsh and Moore to originate from the 1932 Perkins Bacon issue. Fresh; centered a little left; lightly discolored, mint, never hinged, original gum with pencil notations.
