Northosite is a plagioclase feldspar and is a rare stone. It is midnight black and often has color variation similar to labradorite. Anorthosites are of enormous geological interest because it is not fully understood how they are formed.
Metaphysically, it is said that northosite is a stone of guidance, helping someone find their path to the highest good.
