DESCRIPTION:
Giant puffball / Langermannia gigantea (Calvatia gigantea) — the giant among raincoats, spherical mushroom with no legs reaches 4' (10 cm) in diameter and weight more than 350 oz (10 kg)! Young white and tight, then more brown and soft. Internal weight first pure white, then greenish-yellow and finally brown, drying up like a sponge, upon reaching maturity, the outer skin bursts and falls away piece by piece. HOW TO PLANT:
