This is a USED WORKING item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS THOROUGHLY TESTED and is GUARANTEED WORKING AS DESCRIBED
Unit cuts through 2" stack of papers successfully. All buttons are responsive and crank turns smoothly. Blade still cuts well, but may need resharpening down the line for a more smoother cut. Oil form the lubricator will be removed prior to shipping. We are including two extra blades as a bonus, however we are not certain if the blades are compatible with this unit. Some scuffs, scratches, and wear on the exterior, See photos for detail.
