Vintage Bigelow, Kennard Co. Boston Purse Leather

Estate sale find! This bag has certainly seen better days, but I'm deeming it fairly rare as I can't find any others like it, sold or otherwise! An alligator skin pattern (although I believe it's just leather). Does have kind of a musty smell to it, but it could be cleaned. The silver clasp in the center rolls to open the bag. Interior has side pockets on either side and a mirror in one of the pockets.
There is overall wear to the entire bag. See photos for best representation! Bottom does have an obvious split as well as wear. One side is also peeling (although could potentially be repaired!).
Selling as is because of the condition issues.
Measures approximately 10" across by 8 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" across on the bottom. With the handle included, it's approximately 15" tall.
