Vintage/Antique EQUESTRIAN HORSE BIT BRACELET - Custom Sterling 7" Long - Safety Chain
Acquired From a San Gabriel Valley Estate
Acquired from the estate of a former horsewoman who along with her husband operated a stable, trained and coached competitors, and were active in the Equestrian word for decades.  This stunning 7" inch bracelet features a Snaffle Bit Center, Stylized Horse Heads in a Horseshoes, and Stirrups - all beautifully cast in Sterling,
The enameled sterling clasp is a round drum snap clasp with a pushdown release which is supplemented by a safety chain.  The widest points on the bracelet are the Snaffle Bits at 7.8" and the tapered rear baes at 1" inch each.
This stunning bracelet is a custom made piece and I have seen the unique fleur
de
lis enameled catch before but for the life of me I cannot
remember
who the maker is.
Overall in Excellent vintage condition free of breaks, bends, or any damages. It is an unmarked custom piece outside of the fleur de lis - but I have tested it and it shows 925+ Silver content making it undoubtedly Sterling!  The workmanship is top notch and well made!
