VOLVO PENTA BELL HOUSING FITTING 23238467 3883597

Description

Listed here is a NEW Volvo Penta Transom Assembly Bell Housing Water Fitting.  This is a Genuine OEM Volvo Penta part NOT a a cheap Chinese aftermarket replacement.  The part number for this item is 23238467 the part number 3883597 was also used on older fittings but is obsolete.  The part number will ALWAYS be stamped on the part and this is how you can tell if it is a factory part or aftermarket.  I have the part number pointed out in pictures but it is hard to see.  This is the fitting that connects the water hose to the transom assembly.  They also have an O-ring (part number 947490) which should be replaced with fitting which I usually have in stock as well.  A special tool is needed to preform repair and can be ordered upon request (ebay listing item number 255658397434).
