Up for sale is a WWII Chinese Type 24 Maxim 21st Arsenal poster reprint. It is printed on 4’x3’ high quality vinyl in high resolution and vivid color (the original has faded color due to age). All parts of the T24 were illustrated and part name noted. It is perfect to hang on the wall of your gun room, study and a great conversation piece. This poster is such a rare piece and have never been seen/published before and it just recently surfaced from an archive. This seller has painstakingly put it back to its current condition. You have a poster that looks better than the original.
It was originally produced by the 21st Arsenal as noted on the poster in Chungking, China during the war. The 21st Arsenal was the primary Chines producer of Maxim and the only producer of the Type 24. It produced a total 18,694 guns between 1937 and 1945. Type 24 was a licensed copy of Mauser export model of 1909 with a number of enhancement such as muzzle device, anti-air set, trigger mechanism, etc.
